Job description
The web team is responsible for the implementation of creative marketing activities into the mobile/digital channel such as cross platform applications, online social media applications and HTML5 mobile banner campaigns. MobGen recently implemented a Social Media specialized division as well as an online gaming development division.
Responsibilities
- Work with Creative and Technical teams and external companies on a growing portfolio of Social Media applications and games.
- Create technical designs and manage timely implementation of high-traffic web sites. Keeping in control of project specifications, company's design, coding and performance tuning standards.
- Further investigate the development of emerging mobile web technologies, social media solutions, etc.
- Work closely with other development units in the company to share information regarding application subject matter and know-how.
Job requirements
- Motivated (hungry to learn), organized and responsible personality (own initiatives are appreciated);
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL;
- Knowledge of Javascript (jQuery), HTML (5) / CSS (3);
- Understanding of OOP and MVC;
- Experience in one or more of the following techniques and software is a big plus:
- Flash (Actionscript 3)
- Photoshop
- Linux
- SVN
- Smarty
- Facebook API
- Pro-active, problem solving attitude;
- Language skills: Good written and spoken English;
